What is a conversation?

Messages with one customer. After 24 hours of silence, a new conversation starts.

What happens after the trial?

With a saved card, your paid subscription starts. Without a card, replies pause; set up billing in the bot.

Can I cancel?

Yes, from the billing page or by contacting us. Access continues until the paid period ends.

Where is my data stored?

In Supabase (Postgres). OpenAI's API generates replies. See our privacy policy for details.

What if Miron does not know?

It hands the question to the owner. Prices, policies and offers come from your business information.

How many businesses can I connect?

Start: 1, Pro: 2, Managed: 3. Each business has its own channel and conversation allowances.
