Miron — How to delete your data

If you wrote to a business that uses Miron on WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram or its website and want your messages deleted:

1. Email denis@denismironov.pro with the subject “Delete my data”.
2. Say which business you wrote to and give the phone number, username or account you wrote from, so we can find the conversation.
3. We delete your messages, requests and contact details for that business within 30 days and confirm by email.

Business owners can also delete a customer’s conversation themselves on request, and can end their subscription at any time; their data is then deleted within 30 days.
